Why a jam
The why gets lost between people.
Most of us work with AI alone now, then pass the result around. What arrives is the answer without the thinking: what was asked, what was tried, why it ended up this way. Everyone downstream asks again or works around it. In a jam the thinking stays with the thing: who asked for what, what changed, and why.
AI should help people work together, not replace it.
Your agent talking to their agent isn't collaboration. Mak is in the jam with all of you, sees the whole thing, and works for the group: it makes, it keeps track, it says what it did, and anyone can undo it. The people stay in the loop and the decisions stay theirs.
